Breaking Bad's Toyota Tercel Is for Sale

Albuquerque dealership plans to auction the car used in the popular cable series by Aaron's Paul's drug-dealing alter ego

The infamous red 1983 Toyota Tercel used on the hit AMC drama by Aaron Paul's character, Jesse Pinkerton, is officially going up for sale in Albuquerque, N.M.

Well, kinda.

E! News has learned it may not be the exact vehicle Jesse drove on Breaking Bad because there were several backups floating around, according to Mike Faris, the owner of Mike Faris Auto Wholesale in Albuquerque, the dealership who acquired the car and is selling it to the highest bidder.

"We don't know if they used or not," Faris told E! News.

Faris also confirmed that he was instructed by Sony Pictures Television, which produces the acclaimed series, not to sell the Toyota until after Breaking Bad airs its series finale later this summer.

When asked his initial asking price, the dealer said, "I have no idea."
