The 35-year-old model and her husband Alexander Mehran welcomed son Quinnlann Clancy Mehran on March 15, according to People.
"Our little Mighty Quinn," Rizer posted on Instagram Friday, along with a photo of herself cuddling her adorable tiny tyke.
"We are so proud to introduce our son," Rizer told the mag. "Quinn is absolutely perfect and our hearts are filled with love. We feel incredibly blessed to have been given another little angel. Our cup runneth over."
This is the second child for the couple, who tied the knot in 2010.
