Third time's the charm for Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler.

The duo are set to reunite on the big screen for a new untitled romantic comedy, marking third go-round in which the two will be piling on the laughs together in theaters.

Per The Hollywood Reporter, the project, which will be coproduced by Sandler, tells the story of two single parents who go on a bad first date but later find themselves trapped at the same vacation resort—and with their respective kids along, to boot.

The duo's comic chemistry has proven to be quite combustible in the past: Their previous two collaborations have both been box-office hits, and among the stars' better-reviewed films.

Their first outing, 1998's The Wedding Singer, grossed $123 million worldwide, while 2004's 50 First Dates managed a hefty $196 million haul.
