It's time for another flashback, Vampire Diaries fans!

The CW hit is taking us back to New York City when Damon (Ian Somerhalder) looks back on his hedonistic life in the underground club scene in the '70s after taking Elena (Nina Dobrev) on a little road trip to the Big Apple. His wardrobe? Surprisingly similar to how he dresses now!

Even more surprising? The flashbacks reveals a complicated run-in with fan favorite Lexi (Arielle Kebbel), his brother Stefan's (Paul Wesley) BFF whom he killed back in season one, and we've got your first look at their meetup back in the '70s in "Because the Night"!

In the episode slated to air on March 21, Damon takes Elena on a trip to New York City after realizing that she needs some much-needed time away from Mystic Falls.

Also heading to New York is Rebekah (Claire Holt), who is impressed by Elena's secret agenda. Hm...could these battling vampire beauties be joining forces? We hope so!

Back in Mystic Falls, Stefan and Caroline (Candice Accola) try to convince Klaus (Joseph Morgan) that tracking down Silas is in his best interest. Good luck with that, kids!
