We've learned exclusively that the Good Charlotte frontman—and former The Voice Australia coach—will help the new mom critique contestants during season four of the NBC hit. "I'm so excited to have Joel be a part of my team," Shakira says. "He's a friend and such a talented musician. Nicole Richie's better-half is equally as psyched about the collaboration. "Not only am I a huge fan of Shakira as a person, but I'm a huge fan of her music and her craft," he says. "I enjoyed working with all of the talented singers, hanging with Shakira and bringing what I've learned on the Australian version of the show back to the States with me."

The Voice's fourth season premieres on Monday, March 25.
