Step aside, First Lady!
According to an inaugural source and The Hollywood Reporter, Lady Gaga is set to headline the private ball for President Barack Obama's campaign staffers on January 22.
But Gaga isn't the only artist offering her services to honor the president's second term kickoff. Kelly Clarkson, Beyonce, Katy Perry, Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys, Usher, fun., and Cyndi Lauper are also set to perform.
Sprinkled among the performances at various events are celeb appearances like inaugural committee co-chair Eva Longoria along with Chelsea Clinton, singer-songwriter Ben Folds, Star Jones, Angela Bassett and gospel singer Yolanda Adams. Not to mention Harvey Weinstein, Oscar-winning actress Viola Davis and producer and campaign booster Colleen Bell.
As for whose footsteps Lady Gaga is following in?
None other than Jay-Z, who reportedly edited his own lyrics back in 2009 to, wait for it, "99 Problems but George Bush Ain't One."
We're guessing Gaga will have something special of her own on tap for the White House little monsters contingent.
