Since then, both first-time moms-to-be have been baby bumpin' around Britain and Bel Air and spending time with their handsome baby daddies. Kim and Kate's little ones are also both due in July. (According to Ladbrokes, odds are 50:1 that Kimye's baby and the royal baby will be born on the same day.)
Both ladies also both suffered some health setbacks. Kate was hospitalized in December for hyperemesis gravidarum (an acute form of morning sickness) and has been steadily improving since. Kim revealed Tuesday on the Today show that like her sister Khloé Kardashian Odom, she'd struggled with infertility issues prior to getting pregnant.
