And a lot went in to getting the celebs ready for the big night. Stylists stressed themselves to the max, designers labored over their dresses, beauty teams burned the midnight oil, and the celebs had countless fittings to make sure they would look flawless for the big night.
To make things even more chaotic, some stars pulled double-duty and planned an extra ensemble just for the afterparty!
Julianne Hough, Jennifer Lopez, Sarah Hyland and, of course, E!'s very own Giuliana Rancic were among the stylish stars who changed up their look in between the awards and the afterparties.
