Taylor Swift's got music on the brain.

And, as the pop superstar tacitly acknowledged herself, we can guess what that means.

"Back in the studio. Uh oh..." Swift coyly tweeted this afternoon in what we are choosing to interpret as a direct nod at the reports that she and Harry Styles are no longer together after a very brief reign as young Hollywood's favorite jet-setting couple.

In case you hadn't noticed, all four of her studio albums are peppered with thinly veiled references to the men in her life—or, quite often, the men who were in her life.

And Taylor had already dated up a storm by the time she finished cutting her most recent disc, Red, so we have no doubt that her diary is brimming with hit-single potential, set in fancy locations like Hyannis Port and Derbyshire.

So continues what possibly may be the most ingenious PR stunt of the digital-music era...

Meanwhile, though Swift's weapon of choice is usually the kind you can sing along to, looking great doesn't make for bad revenge, either. She positively stunned at the People's Choice Awards last night in a clingy, cut-down-to-there Ralph Lauren dress, one of her most memorable red carpet looks to date.

"Sitting here with my new People's Choice award and Chinese food take out, watching Law and Order. Thank you for a beautiful night:)" the People's Favorite Country Artist tweeted after the show.

The 23-year-old has a few chances to add to her Grammy tally on Feb. 10, too, so...We're thinking 2013 is shaping up to be a banner year for breakups.
