Scarlett Johansson may not have been nominated for an Oscar this morning, but a song she lent her voice to did receive a nod.
The tune, "Before My Time," is featured in the critically acclaimed documentary Chasing Ice.
"This nomination is a testament to Josh Ralph's brilliant song writing and production talent," Johansson told E! News in a statement. "It was an absolute privilege to perform and record and I am deeply thankful to share the honor of being nominated."
Now the big question is, will she actually perform the track on Hollywood's biggest night?
A rep for Johansson told E! News that while an invitation has yet to be sent out, it might prove to be difficult for Johansson to do since she'll be on Broadway then for Cat on a Hot Tin Roof.
So time will tell. But just the thought of the sexy star taking the stage to croon has us pretty excited around here.
