Justin Bieber Visits 7-Year-Old Cancer Patient in Wake of Pot-Smoking Allegations

After photos of pop star allegedly smoking marijuana surface, he delights leukemia-stricken Millie Famm with private "Baby" performance and kiss on cheek

Justin Bieber might have been smoking something green, but his heart is definitely made of gold.

On Saturday, hours after pictures of the pop star appearing to smoke an alleged marijuana blunt surfaced, Justin paid a visit to Millie Flam, a 7-year-old girl battling cancer. Per Deseret News, Millie was crushed when she had to sell her tickets to Justin's Salt Lake City show after her recent leukemia relapse.

But thousands of Beliebers launched a social media campaign urging Justin to meet with Millie. Her mom, Amanda Flamm, says it all came together at the last minute.

"All of a sudden it pulled through and we were able to do a really intimate little meeting with just her and us and Justin, and it was incredible and he was so sweet to her," she said. "He walked in and her whole face just lit up, and she turned around and hugged her dad, and then he ran over and came next to her and gave her a big hug."

The Biebs even sang "Baby" to Millie while holding her hand, then gave her his guitar pick.

"She is squeezing onto it with all her might and will not let it go," Millie's mom said.

Justin also gave his young fan a kiss on the cheek before he left, at which point Millie told her mom, "You are never going to wash my face again."

Millie's mom said the meeting with Justin "has re-energized all of us" and the family is "ready to keep going and fight harder with all this backing and this fun thing that has happened today, and keep going and keep fighting."

Clearly, the Biebs did good by the Flamms. As for any fans disappointed by his possible drug use? Justin seemingly apologized on Twitter, writing, "i see all of u. i hear all of u. i never want to let any of you down. i love u. and..thank u. #beliebers."

Another post read, "everyday growing and learning. trying to be better. u get knocked down, u get up," continuing, "back on tour tomorrow. ready to see u all smile. time to do what im supposed to be doing. performing. #BELIEVEtour."

"like i said...2013...new challenges. new doubters...Im ready," Justin added. "We are ready. see u all tomorrow and everyday after that. #BELIEVEtour."

Like we said, the boy is golden.
