First things first, it seems like maybe we all underestimated mama June. The reality TV matriarch has apparently set up a trust fund for the family, which means Honey Boo Boo is bank-rolling that $15,000-20,000 per episode (yeah, you read that right) and everyone's favorite redneck is going to be really, really rich when she turns 21.
In equally depressing news, Justin Bieber was recently photographed smoking something that looked suspiciously—well, not like your standard cigarette—and the Biebs' tweets since the incident seem like he might be trying to do some damage control. We read some of your tweets, and, not surprisingly, this has sparked a lot of controversy.
And in the last story of the day (this one isn't exactly a pick-me-up, either—sorry, guys!) Bethenny Frankel has filed for divorce from her husband Jason Hoppy. The twitterverse isn't showing a lot of sympathy to the Bethenny Getting Married star, which prompted her to take the defensive as she addressed those who are "judging" her on her own Twitter page.
