The actress, clad in a chartreuse Dior dress with a short flared skirt, walked the red carpet with her Twilight costars and then hit up the afterparty with the ever-dapper Robert Pattinson, who wore a Dolce & Gabbana suit for the occasion.
Earlier in the day, the couple and third wheel, er, werewolf Taylor Lautner hit up the Spanish variety show El Hormiguero, where they played a game that involved being blindfolded while trying to guess when 30 seconds had passed. Lautner managed to be a good estimator, and he slapped his buzzer just in time to save an audience member from being doused with a bucket of fake blood.
Before the game, however, they submitted to the usual humorous talk-show interview.
"I was wearing the same thing, it was really embarrassing," a wide-eyed Pattinson joked, referring to the show-topping, partially transparent golden gown Stewart wore to the film's L.A. premiere.
Breaking Dawn Part 2 opens wide tonight at midnight.
