Christina Aguilera is ramping up her "Body" of work.

The pop star unveiled her new single "Your Body" Friday morning on Ryan Seacrest's radio show, reminding everyone that this Voice coach does still, indeed, possess the voice.

The electro-tinged ditty promises to be a major dance-floor stomper, laying on the synths atop a thumping bass line as the power belter's potent vocals pile on the decibels.

"This album is about self-expression and freedom," she told Seacrest. "There is a lot I have gone through personally over the past few years, and this record represents a rebirth for me. The record is about freedom and getting back to the root of who I am and what I love to do."

The single, which hits iTunes on Sept. 17, is the first track off of Lotus, Aguilera's upcoming studio album—her seventh and her follow-up to 2010's Bionic.

Just yesterday, Aguilera gave fans a peek at the single's sizzling artwork, which proudly shows—wait for it—the songbird's oh-so-bangin' body.
