The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star took to Twitter to tackle rumors that she had an affair with ex-husband Eddie Cibrian—an alleged hookup that supposedly sent his now-wife LeAnn Rimes into an emotional tailspin that eventually landed her in rehab two weeks ago.
"I'm NOT cheating with [my] ex husband," she wrote on Sunday.
If that didn't get the point across, the 39-year-old made sure to drill this in: "I would NEVER do that #EWWWWWW."
Of course, you can't blame the gal for being defensive, as there's some serious history between her and Rimes: If you'll recall, the country songbird began seeing Cibrian while he and Glanville were still married and while she was still Dean Sheremet's missus.
Hopefully, Glanville's Twitter missive should ease things up for the beleaguered Rimes, who's been undergoing some pretty tough times, to say the least.
On Aug. 30, the 30-year-old checked into rehab for anxiety and stress, and that same day she filed a lawsuit against two women, alleging that they secretly recorded one of her telephone conversations and put her through severe emotional distress.
She's ready to bounce back, though: This past weekend, Rimes temporarily left treatment to perform at a show in Eau Claire, Wis., where she reportedly told fans, "I'm pissed off at a lot of things, and I just can't say it. So it comes out in the music."
We bet.
