Chris Traeger (Rob Lowe) is literally about to have his world rocked on Parks and Recreation.

Yes, Lowe sure has mastered the art of the television tease and put these talents on display when we chatted with him at the junket for his new film, the political thriller Knife Fight.

So what did Lowe have to say about Chris' love life leading up to Parks and Recreation finale? And what Traegerism did Lowe work into his new flick? Find out...

Watch: Rob Lowe Praises "Parks and Recreation"

"He's finally found peace with his relationship with Ann Perkins (Rashida Jones), and Millicent (Sarah Wright) he's gotten over," Lowe says of his character's past romantic intrigues and teases that Chris will become quite taken with a new lady in the final string of episodes. "Someone is going to come across his path in these last few episodes that's going to rock his world," he coyly says. "A reenergized Chris Traeger is a frightening thought, but that's what you are going to see." Hmmm...whomever could it be?!

While we're pretty sure Leslie (Amy Poehler) is not Chris' new squeeze onscreen, Lowe had nothing but nice things to say about Poehler, whom he calls "genius." In fact, he's quick to put himself down when he compares himself to his costar. When Lowe recently called Poehler to see if she wanted to have dinner together, "She said I'm at the Time 100 Most Influential.' I was like, 'We'll, I'm at the Tiger Beat Most Influential 100,'" Lowe jokes.

Of course, it's impossible to talk about Chris Traeger without his favorite world coming up: literally. Lowe says Traeger's infamous pronunciation of the word actually worked its way into Knife Fight! "I do a literally" he reveals. "I literally can not use the word literally anymore in my own life or in any role I play because Chris now owns that word." Nothing like taking your work home with you!

Parks & Recreation airs tonight at 9:30 p.m. on NBC.
