Josh Hutcherson will be playing a whole different set of games now—ones that will no doubt involve the word fetch.

The Hunger Games actor, 19, has just adopted a pit bull named Driver, E! News confirms.

According to Sasha Rose from Hands Paws Hearts in Lancaster, Calif., Peeta Mellark's alter ego rescued the adorable puppy from the Downey Animal Shelter.

"He's literally the most well-behaved dog you have ever met," Hutcherson tells E! News. "For a puppy, he doesn't chew things up, he's already almost housebroken and he's only 8 weeks old. He's incredible. He's doing great."

"His eyes are like that grey, silvery-blue pit eyes. They're so beautiful."

However, Hutcherson had to wait for the dog to undergo surgery for a broken femur before taking him home.

What's more, little Driver is also missing a few toes, but Rose describes him as both a "brave little soul" and "a little angel."

Not to mention ridiculously cute!
