You can take the girl off Glee, but you can't take the glee out of the girl!

Kristin Chenoweth, one of our all-time favorite Glee guest stars, has been stealing the show on ABC's deliciously fun new soap GCB as holier-than-thou Carlene and will continue to do so in Sunday's episode as she breaks out the big guns: her vocal cords!

We've got an exclusive sneak peek at the episode, which shows Carlene auditioning for the role of a lifetime against one of her fellow GCBs!

Our GCBs band together in Sunday's all-new episode when Amanda (Leslie Bibb) takes charge of a church musical that Heather (Marisol Nichols) wrote in high school, but don't think that there isn't any behind-the-scenes drama just because this production is going down in the house of God.

Carlene and Cricket (Miriam Shor) end up battling it out for highly coveted role of, wait for it, the Holy Spirit! Only on GCB!

Both women play to their strengths to win Amanda and Heather's vote: Cricket helpfully mentions her generous donations to the play ("Broadway-caliber high-wire aerial equipment, lighting and sound!") while Carlene busts out a boombox, confetti and a unique arrangement on "This Little Light of Mine" that you have to hear to believe!

GCB airs Sunday at 10 p.m. on ABC.

Who do you think should play the Holy Spirit? Sound off in the comments!
