Who doesn't love a story about a child genius?

Caine's Arcade , a short film that tells the story of a 9-year-old boy who built an arcade out of cardboard boxes at his dad's autoparts shop in East L.A., has gone viral, and E! News was lucky enough to snag an interview with the young bus inessman Caine Monroy and filmmaker Nirvan Mullick, who set up a foundation to help raise money for the young creator to go to college.

And we'd say they've been pretty successful.

"First day the video was up, it raised $60,000," Mullick told our own Jason Kennedy. "So then we raised the goal to $100,000, and now I think it's over $120,000."

Yeah, that is one pretty big number, and a great accomplishment, but Nirvan says it's more than the money that makes this experience so worthwhile.

"It's the outpouring of emotions and nostalgia that this video's been bringing out in people, that is even more precious than that number...it just reminds them what it was like to be a kid and the creativity of a kid—just seeing a young boy trying to build his dream and the relationship with his dad. Dad's supersweet and gave him this room to be a kid."

The game-inventor hopeful admits he's become superpopular at school, but business is business, and friends still have to pay the $2 for a fun pass.
