The two B-listers (or are they C?) were spotted in the land down under getting their shop on in some truly questionable outfits.

Ashlee Simpson and Minka Kelly were spotted out in Sydney, Australia earlier today shopping on Oxford Street to their hearts content, or whatever.

Former Charlie's Angels star Minka tried to spice up her boring grey sweater/white tee combo with a pair of pastel splotched pants and white gladiator sandals. Zzzzzz... While the littlest Simpson fared slightly better...

The 27-year-old baby mama to Pete Wentz's son wore an emerald leopard-print jacket, leather pants, torn tee and plenty of bling. We aren't loving those chunky ankle booties but that Chanel clutch is, well, clutch!

Both ladies were down under to help with the grand opening of the new Marquee nightclub in Sydney, along with some other folks you'd never want to see at a club—think Paris Hilton, Nick Lachey, Kellan Lutz, and DJ Afrojack.

It's rumored that Minka, 31, is now dating Lindsay Lohan's ex, Wilmer Valderrama, 32, who was also on hand to open the nightclub. We get it Minka, babe, you're lonely, or whatever, but Wilmer? With those fug pants and equally fugged man, gal-pal you better shape up or you might find yourself in the same sad spot as LiLo!
