If you're interested in living a lavish lifestyle in New York City, we may have the place for you.

A certain musically gifted couple and their tiny tot have decided to ditch their duplex penthouse digs in SoHo—which used to belong to Lenny Kravitz—and put their soon-to-be former home on the market for close to $18 million.

Yes, that's quite a lot of zeros, but the over 6,000-square-foot pad has a third-level roof terrace and contains 5 bedrooms and 4 full and 4 half bathrooms.

And that's not all, but let's say who's place we're talking about, first...

This is the home of Alicia Keys and music mogul husband Swizz Beatz (née Kasseem Dean). Oh, and little Egypt, of course.

But again, you need to be willing to drop some serious moola to live here. And we're not just talking about the asking price.

According to Real Estalker, monthly maintenance and common charges for the penthouse—which sits on top of a boutique—comes to about $11,564 per month. Yeah.

The penthouse also comes with a private wine cellar and storage/dressing rooms, along with a floating glass staircase, floor-to-ceiling windows and every other posh luxury you can think of.

Keys and Beatz moved into Kravitz's place in February 2010, when they bought the duplex for a mere $12.75 million. (OK, clearly that's still a good amount of money, but there's also a huge inflation going on here.)
