As he's proven time and awards show time again, Ricky Gervais isn't the most compassionate fellow when it comes to his fellow stars. But when it comes to animals? Well, the claws can't retract fast enough.
The funnyman today showed off his love for his four-legged friends by helping to launch Cruelty Free International.
Which is what, exactly?
Pretty much exactly what it sounds like: The big-hearted organization, newly fronted by Gervais, is seeking to end animal testing from cosmetics companies.
"It's time to close the door on testing products on animals," he implores. "Get involved. Please join me in supporting Cruelty Free International in its global mission to consign animal testing for cosmetics to the history books."
Aww, how can you resist a face like that? The bunny, we mean. Obviously.
