Even if Carrie Bradshaw sold her entire shoe collection, it might not be enough to bag the building she called home on Sex and the City.

While Sarah Jessica Parker's looking-for-real-love single gal lived in a dreamy, rent-controlled one-bedroom apartment on Manhattan's Upper East Side, the exterior belonged to a four-story, 4,100-square-foot townhouse on Perry Street in the West Village.

We'll have to stick to taking the SATC bus tour when we're in New York, but some Big shot can snag the place for the bargain price of $9.65 million and run up and down the charming staircase in heels all she wants.

But the best part is...

There's room for all the Samanthas, Mirandas and Charlottes in your life!

And apparently you may need them, because Sotheby International Realty notes that the house is "waiting to be restored to its original grandeur."

It still looks pretty grand to us...

The Robert Mook-designed home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus herringbone wood floors, ornate crown molding, a sweeping staircase, double parlors, huge mirrors and six fireplaces with marble mantels.

A garden sits on the south end of the property, which is itself situated on a tree-lined block of Perry Street.

And, no American horror story here! According to SothebysHomes.com, only two families have inhabited the place since the residence was constructed in 1866.

No wonder Carrie never wanted to give the place up, even after she hit the Big time.
