Ali Lohan Chops Off Her Hair—Check It Out!

While Lindsay Lohan is rocking long, platinum blond hair, her little sister is doing the exact opposite.

Ali Lohan—err, Aliana—stepped out Sunday in New York City showing off a new, shorter 'do. The 18-year-old model sheared her long, brunette locks into a simple, blunt bob.

She's fine with cutting her hair, but don't expect any other knives to get near Ali's face.

After startling pics of Ali surfaced in September, many speculated that she'd undergone plastic surgery.

Lindsay, however, told E! News her sister "has never" been nipped and tucked, and Next Model Management, which represents Ali, backed up her claims.

"Contrary to recent reports, I can confirm that Aliana Lohan has not had any surgery," agency director Alexis Borges said. "As a young girl who is growing up, it's natural for her facial features to change slightly, and we see this with many of the younger models we represent...We take pastoral care of our models very seriously and encourage the models to maintain a healthy lifestyle and body shape."
