Lady Gaga strutted—and looked—like a proud peacock in a long black, backless dress with a peacock-inspired jacket accented with multi-colored sleeves last week in Cambridge, Mass.

The "Born This Way" singer was at Harvard University for the launch of her anti-bullying campaign. The mission of the Foundation is to empower youth and put an end to bullying. Lady Gaga's mother, Cynthia Germanotta, will serve as the Foundation's acting President.

The singer commented on the event and said...

"I believe that human kind, as a whole, can change the world!" said Lady Gaga in front of an enthusiastic crowd, proclaiming the day to be, "One of the best days of my life."

While it looks like she wrapped a bent slinky around her head in place a hat (hey…she wore ‘meat' folks…) her overall look did capture that of the proud plumed bird. What a perfect way to illustrate her message.
