Jenelle Evans in jail? This is starting to feel like déjà vu all over again.

Following the Teen Mom reunion in New York over the weekend, the reality-TV trainwreck was back in her home away home (i.e., the Bruswick County, N.C., jail) today, less than two months after her last go-round in her local hoosegow

So, what was the Teen Mom 2 star arrested for this time?

Misdemeanor stalking.

The troubled 20-year-old was back behind bars following accusations by her former boss James Duffy which resulted in an arrest warrant.

According to Team Jenelle, the whole thing is a misunderstanding and Jenelle actually turned herself in to clear up the matter.

"Duffy filed cyberstalking charges against Jenelle," Jenelle's agent, Leo Daniels, tells E! News. "She has not posted anything about him in a long time. Duffy came up with these accusations...Jenelle was aware of the warrant because Duffy posted all about it on Facebook and Twitter on Friday. Jenelle was in New York over the weekend. When she returned home, she went up to see what was going on. She was read the charges and they let her go."

The two have been engaged in a nasty back-and-forth for the past few months. Evans first filed cyberstalking charges against Duffy just a few weeks ago, after he allegedly released party photos of the young mom online, among other things.

Of course, Evans is no stranger to run-ins with the law.  Back in January, she was taken into custody on two separate occasions, once for allegedly violating a domestic violence protection order and another time for allegedly harassing her former roommate.

As for the latest trouble, the Brunswick County Sheriff's Department confirms Evans was released from jail this afternoon after posting $1,000 bond, and is set to appear back in court March 23.

"Well I'm having a fantastic morning lmao," Evans tweeted Monday, later writing, "Bye bye twitter for a month :(."
