Khloé Kardashian Odom finally has a place to hang her hats.

Less than a month after Lamar Odom learned he'd be playing for the Dallas Mavericks this season, the happy couple have leased a two-bedroom condo at the luxurious W Dallas Victory Hotel & Residences in downtown's Victory Park neighborhood.

And, no surprise here, it's a residence fit for a Kardashian (or several)...

Originally on the market for $1.625 million, the condo—which is owned by Mack Hicks, the son of Texas Rangers owner Tom Hicks—was instead leased on Dec. 22 for $7,500 a month, according to property records.

The pad is tricked out with Miele kitchen appliances, a stainless-steel wet bar with a custom wine rack and ice machine, mother-of-pearl mosaic tiles in the bathrooms, and automatic window shades throughout so that complete privacy (or natural light for the camera crew) comes at just the push of a button.

"It has floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the city, which I think they really enjoyed," realtor Steve Rigely told E! News. Rigely, of Rogers Healy and Associates, showed and subsequently rented the condo to Khloé and Lamar.

Resident amenities in the building include a concierge service, two fitness centers, an infinity pool, a lap pool, a 5,000-square-foot Bliss spa, an entertainment lounge and an outpost of Top Chef judge Tom Colicchio's Craft restaurant.

And, the 33-story building is just a hop, skip and a jump (especially if you're as tall as Lamar) from American Airlines Center, where the Mavs play.

As Rigely pointed out, "He can just walk to work!"
