In casting the role of Bristol Palin, HBO has gone with a familiar face.

Melissa Farman, who starred in the cable network's award-gobbling movie Temple Grandin with Claire Danes, has been cast as Sarah Palin's daughter in Game Change, Jay Roach's upcoming political drama about John McCain choosing Palin as his running mate for the 2008 presidential election.

Farman may also be familiar to some from playing a young Rousseau—the one who was pregnant and full of hope—on Lost.

Speaking of which, Bristol was memorably pregnant when her mom ran for vice president of the United States, so there's an acting requirement Farman will be repeating in Game Change. Julianne Moore is already onboard as Sarah Palin and Ed Harris will play McCain. Cameras will start rolling next month in Maryland.
