Greetings from the 10th Annual Tribeca Film Festival. This is always one of my favorite times of year in the city. The weather starts to warm up, the Knicks and the Rangers are (were) in the playoffs, and great movies & filmmakers take over Lower Manhattan. I've never missed a Tribeca Film Festival, and the festival isn't even halfway over yet and I've already seen some memorable movies.
Before I share my reviews of those, I wanted to catch up on what's currently in theaters across the country, and around the world. Check out the blog later in the week for a wrap up from Tribeca.
I also want to take this time to say thank you to my beloved New York Knicks for an incredible season. Amar'e was right. The Knicks ARE back. Next year can't come soon enough...
