Cougart Town hottie Josh Hopkins totally understands that being linked to his newly single costar Courteney Cox isn't such a terrible thing.
"There's worse rumors to go around about someone," he told E! News at the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences' evening with Cougar Town last night in L.A.
Great, Josh. But are the rumors true?
"She's a beautiful woman so that's only a nice rumor, but it's not true."
There you have it.
Josh also says Courteney doesn't change how she lives her life to avoid any media speculation, like their recent vacay with her daughter Coco...
"She's been in the paparazzi bullseye for so long. She's heard everything. She doesn't live in her life in fear of that," Josh explained.
The actor continues to tow the just friends line about his relationship with Court, saying: "It's cliché. I know it, but we really are friends."
"Our dynamic off-camera is similar [to on-camera]," he added.
But not in the couple sense, OK?
