Where's Hutch when you need him?

Paul Michael Glaser, who played streetwise detective David Starsky (aka the brown-haired one) on the classic '70s cop series Starsky and Hutch, claims he "fears for his safety" after becoming the target of an alleged stalker.

So what's the deal?

Glaser is seeking a restraining order against a woman who once ran his official website, claiming she's been pursuing him relentlessly for the past three years.

According to documents filed in L.A. Superior Court and obtained by E! News, the 68-year-old Glaser said the fan, whose identity was not revealed, has been obsessed with him and has exhibited "irrational" behavior, such as bombarding him with over 500 emails, staking out his apartment and following him to England to watch him perform in a play—a whopping 23 times!

"I am about to start a tour with my book, and given [the woman's] behavior, I fear for my safety," stated the thesp in his request.

Glaser is asking to judge to bar the woman from coming within 200 yards from himself and his family.
