Nicolas Cage may have disturbed the peace, but he doesn't appear to be disturbing production.

After a trying weekend that kicked off early Saturday with Cage being arrested, the Oscar winner returned to the set of his latest film Monday on time and ready to ham it up work.

What a pro.

Cage is currently filming the kidnapping thriller Medallion with Malin Akerman.

"Shooting is going on as normal" and no changes have been made to the production schedule, Medallion's unit publicist tells E! News.

Added executive producer Avi Lerner: "This is our fifth film with Nic Cage. He is a gifted actor and consummate professional. We know he will weather this incident well. He has our totaly support."

The sleepy eyed star was arrested in the wee hours Saturday when police were called to the scene of an argument he and wife Alice were having in front of a home in New Orleans' French Quarter—about whether or not the house was theirs. (Cage said yea; Alice said nay.)

Cage was booked on suspicion of disturbing the peace, public drunkenness and domestic abuse battery for allegedly grabbing Alice's arm, smacking cars as he made his way toward a taxi and then talking smack to the cops.

Thanks to Duane "Dog" Chapman, he was released on a $11,000 bond later on Saturday.
