For sale: a piece of television history.

The Hermosa Beach, Calif., house beloved by fans of the original Beverly Hills, 90210 is going on the market and can be yours now—that is, if you've got the dough and don't mind it being in the wrong ZIP code!

The six-bedroom, five-bathroom, three-story oceanfront residence located in the 90254 is going for a cool $8.9 million.

But for devotees of Fox's hit '90s soap, that's a small price to pay to inhabit the dwelling where Donna Martin (Tori Spelling) lost her virginity and her BFF Kelly Taylor (Jennie Garth) sorted through all the pair's various Bev Hills drama—like Donna's on-off romance with David, that abusive guy, Ray Pruit, who she dated, and the attempted rapist who held her hostage.

Per the official listing, aside from the "unmatched panoramic views," the single-family property boasts a big yard and patio and can be divvied up into different apartments. It currently rents for $400 a night for a six-night minimum and is a hot commodity in the summer season.

We have to admit, it doesn't look quite as luxurious as the amenity-filled mansion Spelling and husband Dean McDermott are looking to unload in Malibu.

But perhaps some budding entrepreneur will fix up the beach home as a fitting tribute to the show, like the man who turned the Christmas Story house into a museum.

You never know, it could be a real moneymaker.
