"Great congratulations to David Furnish & Elton John on the birth of their son, Zachary!" the actor tweeted. "Can't wait for play dates in the south of France."
Like Harris and his partner, David Burtka, John and Furnish welcomed their bundle of joy via surrogate. But why the name Zachary?
"A friend gave us a book of baby names, and we started to flick through it, but we have always loved the name Zachary and kept coming back to it," the couple told US. "In the end, we looked at each other, and put the book back on the shelf, and said, 'This is it!'"
