Someone's tired of his view from the top.

Despite the fact that there's plenty of room for big and little kids to play, this currently single actor is looking to unload the five-bedroom home in the Hollywood Hills he purchased in 2008 after he and his Oscar-winning wife divorced.

Amenities include a tricked-out media room, a pool and a customized gym built right off the master suite to stop the loss of muscle mass. So who wants to sell this pile of bricks for $7.45 million?

Talk about your Crash pads.

Ryan Phillippe snatched up this 7,447-square-foot property perched above the Sunset Strip for about $7 million, so he is looking to make just a wee bit of profit after spending the better part of two years there.

He and Reese Witherspoon separated in 2006, after which he took up with his Stop-Loss costar Abbie Cornish. They were living together at Phillippe's place until earlier this year, when they called it quits and the Australian Bright Star star moved her stuff out.

And Phillippe's stuff is next to go.

The spacious bachelor pad also features an art studio, a music room, a sauna, a big ol' yard with a pool, spa, outdoor kitchen and canopied firepit, and sweeping city views.

Sounds like a paradise built for two—or as many people as you can fit into that pool.
