Katy Perry Surprised (Not!) by Miley's High Times

Pop star offers to hook fellow diva up with her pal Snoop Dogg (and probably not for duet purposes)

Dad Billy Ray Cyrus isn't too happy, but Miley Cyrus' little bong peccadillo doesn't seem to be fazing anyone else.

She's already winning friends and influencing people...

"Wait Miley got high? Where have I been?! Buried under the tinsel obiv," the older and infinitely wiser Katy Perry tweeted Friday. "@mileycyrus meet my friend @snoopdoog... He'll hook ya up!"

"katyperry how could u?!?! lol," wrote Justin Bieber (who, before you get too excited, was actually referring to a British OK! story about Perry not having a crush on him anymore).

And this tweet today from Kelly Osbourne could take on a whole new meaning now: "I can tell u the big news Im here in New Orleans shooting a movie with Miley Cyrus called 'so under cover'! I luv Miley we r having a blast."

In case you hadn't heard, Miley also starred in a pal's cell phone video a few days after her 18th birthday, in which she appeared to take a hit from a bong and then told her friend she was having "a little bit of a bad trip."

The substance in question was reportedly not pot, however, but rather a legal herb called salvia that is said to cause hallucinations.
