Is Halle Berry's new man a little bit of a hothead?
A photographer filed a police report against Olivier Martinez Friday afternoon after accusing the Unfaithful actor of backing into his car and then threatening to hurt him outside a West Hollywood restaurant, sources tell E! News.

Martinez and Berry apparently went to lunch at Mirabelle on Sunset Boulevard after the alleged incident occurred.
A sheriff's deputy arrived at the scene and went inside to talk to the couple without addressing any reporters outside. He did not answer any questions on his way out, either.
Then Martinez walked out, hopped in his car and zoomed out of the parking lot. Berry left separately, getting into a silver SUV.
