After 30 days in the slammer, Alexis Neiers got so used to jail beds that she had trouble sleeping in her own last night.

"I feel like I'm in a dream a little bit, it feels like I am going to wake up and be back there," Neiers told E! News exclusively today, after being released last night. "I didn't sleep last night because of that, but it feels good to have fresh air, I haven't had that in a long time!"

The 19-year-old E! starlet was with her mother, Andrea Arlington, and her sister, Gabby, today as they went to get her nails done. It was her first time being free with her family since starting her sentence at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif., for her role in burglarizing Orlando Bloom's home.

The three celebrated her release last night with...

...a trip to In-N-Out Burger!

"It was so good! It was so late, but honestly having a good burger and meal is the first thing to do," Neiers said.

Neiers also crossed paths with Lynwood's latest celebrity inmate, Lindsay Lohan.

"I did see her...no words. She had an officer with her at all times," said Neiers. "She was in the cell next to me but in a separate pod. We're in protective custody, so it's not like anyone can get near you, I just saw her a couple times and I really wish her the best."

But how did LiLo look?

"She looked a little down, but you're in prison, you're in jail, ya know?" Neiers said.
While in prison, Neiers kept busy by keeping to herself.

"I meditated, I read a lot, I have probably gone through five or six journals," Neiers said.  "It will feel good now that this is all behind me, so it's over, I can talk about my side and just feel good that it's off my chest."

One curious absentee today was her Pretty Wild costar Tess Taylor. Taylor and Neiers had a falling out shortly before she went to jail, and only talked "a couple of times."

"She's traveling like crazy, and I wish her the best, I love her to death. She didn't come visit me, and she wasn't there when I was taken, and that was the hardest day obviously," Neiers.

Neiers has come away from the experience with a positive outlook.

"I wasted my life, and I found a lot of things I wanted to do in life, and I was able to strip away the negativity."

Neiers was released last night from Lynwood after serving 30 days of her 180-day sentence. But she's not totally off the hook yet. Neiers still has three years of probation and was ordered to pay up to $600,000 in restitution.
