Ashton Kutcher: "My Wife Is a Genetic Freak"

Actor discusses whether he and wife Demi Moore plan on having a baby even as she approaches 50

But he means that in the nicest way possible!

During an extensive interview with Cynthia McFadden to air tonight on ABC's Nightline, Ashton Kutcher is asked if he and wife Demi Moore plan to have a baby…

"I don't know," he says, before pointing out how they're currently enjoying the freedom that comes with Demi's three children (with ex-husband Bruce Willis) being so much older now.

"There is a level of independence that we've never had since our relationship started, and an ability to spend time together doing things that we might want to take advantage of. Because in our relationship we've always had kids."

So it has nothing to do with, as McFadden brings up, the fact that his wife's biological clock may be ticking at 47 years old?

"I think my wife is a genetic freak," insists Ashton. "I'm not worried."

A strange term of endearment? Perhaps. But also kinda true.
