And so ends the Jenna Jameson-Tito Ortiz saga.

The Orange County District Attorney today confirmed to E! News that prosecutors would not bring charges against Ortiz for the couple's blowup last month that left her in bandages and him in jail amid nasty allegations.

The reason for the case being dropped?

"Insufficient corroboration," says a D.A. spokeswoman. Translation: Jameson took back her allegations.

To recap:

Ortiz was hauled away by cops on the morning of April 26 after they received a 911 call from Jameson's dad.

A teary Jameson, her arm wrapped in gauze, initially told reporters she planned on pressing charges. An emergency protective order was issued barring the MMA star from having contact with her.

Ortiz countered with allegations that his wife was abusing painkillers and he was just trying to help.

Team Jenna came up with drug test results purporting to prove she is clean.

About a week later, things had cooled off, with the former porn queen recanting her story and announcing she didn't intend to press charges—essentially dooming any criminal case.

Flash forward to Mother's Day weekend, when Jameson, Ortiz and the couple's twins joined together for a photo op to disperse any lingering notion of discord.

In other words, case closed.
