Comedy Central
She used to be f--king Matt Damon. Now she's just f--ked.
Or at least her TV show is, as Comedy Central has decided not to renew The Sarah Silverman Program for a fourth season.
No reason was given, but the cable net didn't exactly help the show when, halfway through its (apparently) last season, it pushed the show's time slot from prime time to midnight.
Silverman has yet to comment (let alone tweet!) about the cancellation, but we're guessing she wasn't exactly blindsided: Last year, she and her producers were prepared to walk away from the show after the network tried to slash its budget.
Well, maybe now that she's unemployed, she can take a cue from Conan O'Brien and stop shaving. On second thought, maybe that's not such a good idea.
