Though on last season's Real Housewives of New York City, Kelly Bensimon came off as a total ditz, this season she has become rather endearing—we almost like her!

While Kell's seen on the show taking care of her two young daughters and participating in the occasional catfight, we knew she still had the party girl in her, duh. A sexy South Beach spy got the deets on Kelly's wild 42nd birthday party, and it looks like this hot mama knows how to have fun—life is pretty good for the sometime model, no?

Kelly rang in her B-day with a posh dinner at Philippe at the Gansevoort South, and afterward, she scooted her entourage over to Set, where she got her fortyish groove on, although she def acted of a different age.

"Kelly pulled a Paris and got up on her banquette to dance and get down to the tunes of Journey, David Guetta and The Police, only coming down to toast herself with some Moët," says a bubble-witness.

Bensimon clearly realized she needed to ditch her NYC social-scene stuff to relax and have some fun, no wonder fellow Housewives LuAnn de Lesseps and Jill Zarin weren't invited!

Of course, "all eyes were on her, probably because she was rockin' a come-do-me beige mini that showcased her toned legs," our spy also revealed. No shocker there, Kelly without a minidress is like Britney without the paparazzi—never happens.

Spotted far less demonstrative in L.A. was that old married dude...

Kevin Jonas and his wife, Danielle, at the Coffee Bean stand at the Beverly Center, where the couple enjoyed an incognito shopping trip. Are you serious?

The eldest JoBro was wearing beige shorts and a short-sleeved blue shirt—nothing gaudy, which ensured he would blend in at the mall, where the crowds are usually ravenous for celeb spying, so this feat says quite a lot.

Not the least of which that had it been either of Kev's bros at the Center, instead, the scene would have been one of pandemonium and flashbulbs, no question.

Why did Kevin choose to get hitched and go the domestic route at such a young age? I mean, should Oprah investigate this, or something? Weird.
