Duggars Counting on a Place Closer to Newborn

The 18 Kids and Counting family is moving temporarily to Little Rock, Ark., to be closer to preemie Josie while she's in ICU

Little Josie Brooklyn Duggar will be spending her Christmas in the hospital. But at least she'll have 20 family members to keep her company.   

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, the parentals of TLC's 18 Kids and Counting, are temporarily uprooting their sizable brood from their native Tontitown, Ark., to Little Rock to be closer to their 19th addition while she's still in intensive care, according to People. 

Michelle was suffering from preeclampsia and Josie was delivered several months prematurely via C-section on Dec. 10, weighing only 1 pound, 6 ounces. She's been in the neonatal ICU at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences ever since.

"Our entire family is planning to relocate to Little Rock temporarily to be close to Josie," Jim Bob Duggar told the mag. "In the meantime, we're grateful that a close friend in Little Rock has opened up their home to us for the holidays." 

The older Duggar sibs had just returned from a church mission in El Salvador, making it a merrier Christmas for all, including their littlest sister.
