Sorry, Jennifer Aniston. Seems like Bradley Cooper and Renée Zellweger are still going, and going...strong?

The supposed couple were just spotted in Venice Beach looking at a prime piece of real estate together!

So are the Coop and Renée looking to take their relaysh to the next level?

We're told that Zellweger was just offering up some advice on a property Bradley was interested in. The Hangover star and his lady were scoping out a loft to house his production company—which he ended up buying after a nudge from Renée.

"She has seen the place and loves it," a source tells E! of the three-story town home in Venice, California. "Bradley has signed the documents and is moving in this week or next."

Dogtown Station Lofts, which will now be home to Cooper's production company "Indiana & 22nd" boast a private garage, fireplace, skylights and a roof deck with panoramic views of the L.A. skyline and Pacific Ocean. Cooper's rep didn't return E!'s request for comment.

How romantic, wonder if R.Z. will come over for some beach lovin' at Cooper's new space? Looks pretty nice to us! We would. But we're having doubts that Renée and Bradley have what it takes to get that frisky there. Come on, real estate shopping has about as much heat to it as coffee dates.

R.Z. and B.C. are quickly become the next Reese and Jake.

Now that Gyllenspoon is kaput, some star-powered couple needs to take over the fauxmance game, and Zellweger and Cooper have People written all over 'em.
