If there's one thing you know about sweaty, bug-eyed one-liner king Rodney Dangerfield, it was that he got no respect.

But perhaps that lofty goal could have been attained, had the public known of the late gag man's taste in literature. No less a work than Moby Dick is up for sale on ebay, apparently direct from the personal Dangerfield library.

Perhaps he borrowed plot elements for Tommy Boy. Perhaps he used the hefty tome as a doorstop.

But if it's provenance you're after, it "smells of smoke," according to the seller. And given Rod's noted fondness for the evil weed, that may be all the proof of ownership you need.
