It's the moment many of you ER fans have been waiting for: Shane West is coming back to County General tonight, and sources tell us exclusively that he's bringing along all his hotness with him.

Shane returns just in time for a nice little love triangle with the international kids: British bombshell Neela (Parminder Nagra)and hot Aussie Simon (David Lyons). And even though his character, Ray Barnett, is missing a few limbs now, that won't stop him from getting in some action.

We hit the set to get a pulse on the lovelines in store...

Any hope for Ray and Neela?

OK, first things first, because you may be wondering... "I'm a double amputee below the knee, so everything works," Shane teases about his character, Ray, who left the show after he was hit by a truck and lost part of his legs. Hear that, Neela? His game is still so on.

Though it wasn't love at first sight, things have been slowly building for these two since the 11th season. "When I first started on this show," Shane explains, "I didn't have a love interest; then the Ray and Neela thing blossomed, and it's very exciting to be back to help continue that. He's very strong now, and now might be the time where they can spend that time together."

So what about Mr. Third Wheel? David Lyons (Simon) tells us Neela will have to make a choice. "I think when Neela's given the option, it becomes a very difficult paradox. There will be fireworks!" And Parminder hints, "It's gotten a little bit complicated, and [Neela] really doesn't want her relationship to go any further with Brenner's character."

Well, that sounds like the end of that, no?

Shane hints that tonight we'll also discover that Ray tried to kill himself while stuck in his hospital bed for months. "He left very depressed and very confused, and very in his head. Now he's come back a lot more mentally and physically stronger."

So what does this all add up to? Bom-chicka-bow-wow time for Neela and Ray, if you ask me.

Tune in tonight to NBC at 10 p.m. to watch Reela share a sweet dance, and just maybe get that kiss in there.
