Life: Tune In Tonight to Feel the Earth Move...
©Paul Drinkwater/NBC
If you're a fan of Damian Lewis, the earth might always move when you watch NBC's Life, but tonight, it's really happening on the screen, courtesy of a big earthquake hitting L.A.
So...everyone's got to be safe, right? Maybe not. In fact, tonight's compelling episode focuses on the shocking murder of a fan favorite.
Is this character brought down by the Big One, by Det. Crews or by parties unknown? We hit the set for scoop, so read on for dish from Damian and Sarah Shahi about love, liquor and Life...
Partners and...Lovahs? Will devoted twosome Dani Reese and Charlie Crews begin to view each other in a romantic light? Not quite yet. I'm assured that Lewis' character, Charlie Crews, continues to annoy the hell out of Reese, but just the same, "Reese does start to put more trust in Crews," according to Sarah. Plus, Crews is busy trying to get busy with his ex-wife. Said Damian, "There's a lot of unfinished emotional business, a lot of open baggage."
Speaking of Baggage: Reese may be back on the sauce, despite having controlled her addictions last season. Sarah said, "Reese is going to struggle a little bit with her sobriety, and I think there are going to be some times where Crews comes in and saves her from herself."
The WB
It's All About Reese and Capt. Tidwell: There have been some sparks between Dani and "Tiddy," but no makeout sesh yet. Donal Logue, however, is ready and waiting for some lip-locking action: "I'm waiting to read that script. I thought we were supposed to hook up? When's it coming? I don't really know the trajectory, but I think that's where we're supposed to be going." Hmmm...
If the Earth's a Rockin', Don't Come a Knockin': A character who's been around since season one will bite the dust this week. Also, a friendly face returns: Christina Hendricks (Joan on Mad Men) will be nursing an injured Ted (Adam Arkin) back to health.
Murder Was the Case: As for the murder victim in tonight's ep, he's a former guest of the state penitentiary. Any guesses on who it might be? Post in the comments...
Then check out these five sneak peeks of tonight's episode below and tune in to NBC at 10 p.m. It's a wonderful crime show with great characters and a lot of humor. If you haven't seen it yet, be ready to be moved...
P.S. Life is moving to Wednesdays at 9 p.m. (still on NBC), so check it out on Oct. 29 between Knight Rider and the season premiere of Law & Order. You'll love Life, guaranteed!
