Let's face it, anybody who hauls ass on The Biggest Loser is a champion in our book.

After months of shedding excess weight—and excess baggage—one contestant also scored the ultimate $250,000 prize in tonight's season finale.

So who won: Ada, Elizabeth, Frado or Patrick?

Patrick House edged out Alfrado "Frado" Dinten with a 181 pound loss, or 45.25 percent of his starting body weight. Frado himself was no slouch with a 162 pound (44.14 percent) loss.

"2010 was rough for me," unemployed family man Patrick told host Alison Sweeney. "Winning this gives me freedom."

Although Ada Wong was voted by viewers to continue on as the third finalist over Elizabeth Ruiz, Ada the Terminator's impressive 99 pound (38.37 percent) loss just wasn't enough to topple the men.

Mark Pinkhasovich, 31, a bartender and recruiter from East Brunswick, N.J., took home the $100,000 stay-at-home prize with his 213 pound loss, a little more than half his starting body weight.

OK, season 11 couples, your turn to raise the bar(bells).
