Fans of last night's Amazing Race finale are crying foul.

Did the winners cheat by flying first-class? What about the crib sheet they used in the memory challenge?

We got the answers directly from the CBS rule book...

Dan and Jordan Pious won the race fair and square.

As long as Amazing Race teams purchase a coach ticket, a network representative confirmed to us today, they are absolutely allowed to upgrade to first or business class. The Pious brothers' pretty persuasion is not unprecedented, either: Plenty of other teams in previous seasons have talked their way into fancier seats at the front of the plane—something Race superfan Jordan probably knew.

The brothers also did their homework for the final leg's memory challenge. Again, says CBS, they were playing by the book in using the notes they'd prepared beforehand to correctly order eleven posters of previously eliminated teams.

Sure, Dan and Jordan's airport line-jumping ahead of fan favorites Jet and Cord McCoy was sneaky. But the cowboys caught up to the frontrunners at George Lucas' visual effects company—where Cord turned the tables on 'em with his hilarious hollering.

We sure would've liked to see the cowboys finish first in Candlestick, but Dan and Jordan deserved their win. Haven't we heard enough hating from Carol and Brandy?

The Cowboys lost the race but won our hearts. Come back here tomorrow for our exclusive chat with Jet and Cord!
