So says Gossip Girl's newest man about town, Billy Baldwin, who makes his debut as Serena's absentee father, William van der Woodson, this Monday. He might be a good guy, but that doesn't mean his return to the Upper East Side will be happy-go-lucky. No sir, in fact Mr. Van der Woodsen "poses some interesting conflicts and problems for everybody," Billy tells us. Just ask Rufus!
